SATs Information

Uniform Policy

Uniform list

School colours are red and grey or black and all our uniform (with logos) is stocked at https://www.nationwideschooluniforms.co.uk/. However, polo shirts, trousers, skirts etc. can often be found more reasonably priced at the major supermarkets.

Our uniform is as follows:

  • School tie (Year 3-6) optional
  • Red V-neck sweatshirt (school logo optional - Years 3-6)
  • Red round neck sweatshirt (school logo optional - Years Reception to Year 2)
  • Red school cardigan (school logo optional)
  • White shirt (Year 3-6) and white or red polo shirt for Reception-Year 2 (school logo optional)
  • Grey trousers, shorts, skirt or pinafore
  • Grey/white plain coloured socks
  • Grey or red tights
  • Black School shoes
  • Red gingham dress may be worn in summer

PE

  • Black and red t-shirt with school logo- optional. Alternatively, a plain black t-shirt
  • Plain black PE shorts
  • Plain Black jogging bottoms and plain black fleece for outdoor PE in cold weather
  • Outdoor PE trainers
  • Socks (if tights are being worn, they will need to change)
  • A drawstring bag to keep it all in

 

Swimming – all children

  • Swim shorts or swimsuit (no tankinis or bikinis)
  • Towel
  • Swim hat 
  • Goggles
  • Verruca sock (if your child has a verruca)
  • Bag to keep it all in

General – all children

  • All hair that is longer than shoulder length needs to be tied up.
  • If ears are pierced, only one pair of studs are to be worn to school.
  • Earrings need to be removed for swimming and PE. Children should be able to remove them themselves.
  • In the summer term we recommend all children arrive at school with sun cream pre applied and wearing a sun hat.
  • Children must not bring or apply nail varnish or make-up in school. False nails/ eyelashes etc are not permitted and should not be in school.
  • No jewellery except a watch (no smart watches for safeguarding reasons) to be worn in school
  • In the summer term we recommend all children arrive at school with sun cream pre applied and wearing a sun hat.
