ParentPay

Brooke Hill Academy is a cashless school.

All payment transactions are processed through ParentPay.

On starting at the school, your child/ren will be issued with a letter containing login details for the ParentPay system.  You will be asked to create your own password.  It is possible to "connect" your account to your other children at Brooke Hill Academy, or to other schools who subscribe to this system.

All school trips, Breakfast Club and Pre-school payments will be allocated to your account where relevant.

If you have any queries regarding the ParentPay system, or you do not receive your start-up letter, please contact the school office.

All communication with parents, guardians and families is through the Parentmail system.

When your child/ren start at the school, you will automatically be sent an email from Parentmail to enable you to create a password and login to the system.  This will allow you to view all letters and documents that are sent out by the school.  These documents can also be viewed on the school website here.

Text messages containing last minute information are also sent using the Parentmail system.

Please ensure that you login as soon as possible, so that you are able to access all up to date information.

Volunteering at Brooke Hill Academy

Volunteers are always welcome at Brooke Hill Academy.  If you would like to spend some of your valuable time making a significant contribution to school life, please contact the school office for a "Volunteer Pack".

As part of Brooke Hill Academy Trust's safeguarding procedures, all volunteers will be subject to DBS checks.  The office staff will be happy to explain this process to you.
